Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes your plans may change.  We do, however,  ask that patients provide at least 2 business days notice if they need to cancel or change an appointment so we’re able to offer treatment to another patient who is in need of care. Cancellations or changes made with less than 2 business days are charged at the full appointment fee.

If you’re feeling symptomatic on the day of your appointment, please change your appointment to a virtual session for the day and we’ll re-book your in person appointment for another day.  If you’re scheduled for a service that’s not being offered virtually, we’ll gladly re-book your in person  appointment for another day without charging the cancellation fee.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
