What are the symptoms?Symptoms of RSI may take months, even years, to appear and are typically felt in the hands, arms and upper back and neck, as well as in the knees and ankles. Common symptoms include pain, swelling, inflammation, numbness or tingling, decreased movement of a joint, stiffness of body part, and symptoms that worsen with time. What are the injuries associated with RSI?Carpal tunnel syndrome, hand/wrist tendonitis, shoulder tendonitis, knee and ankle tendonitis, tennis elbow and golfer's elbow are the most common kinds of RSI.
