Leslie Hopkins

Leslie began working as a Pilates Instructor in 2004 after completing all levels of both mat and reformer training at Stott Pilates in Toronto. Her interest in injury rehabilitation led her to pursuing further education in Pilates for Injuries and Special Populations. She has since completed her Yoga certification and integrates Yoga and pilates to offer a unique approach tailored to individual client needs. Leslie is trained in all physiotherapy modalities and she is versed in working with a multitude of clients from children to seniors, and both chronic and acute injuries. With her intensive training in many different areas and settings of rehabilitation Leslie can draw upon a diverse array of resources and detailed anatomical knowledge to ensure safe treatment that is individualized to suit her client’s unique needs.
Anne Panday
    •  Pilates Instructor
Anne fell in love with pilates after her first class. With its focus on core strength and mind/body awareness, it was just the workout she was looking for. After several years into her own practice, she pursued her teacher certification in matwork, the cadillac and the chair with Movement for Health in 2007. Remarkably, she found that pilates was such an effective, and rehabilitative mode of exercise for those dealing with numerous issues and has worked with a diverse range of students, including seniors, dancers, athletes and musicians. She has found that we all share a common ground-the body is meant to move and pilates plays a key role in establishing a long-standing relationship between the body and the mind. And as pilates evolves, Anne continues her education by consistently attending courses, workshops and conferences to bring this information to her clients in order to give them their best possible sessions.
