Our knowledge in injury treatment and prevention sets us apart and allows us to modify for injuries, as well as identify and correct problems that contribute to injury.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA & PILATES

We offer private sessions, group classes and home exercise programs for individuals with injuries or recovering from an injury who want to get moving again safely.

Our pilates and yoga instructors have specialized training and experience working with injured individuals. They understand how to make modifications to accommodate an injury, allowing you to build core strength, improve flexibility and move safely with more confidence.

They work closely with our physiotherapists, osteopaths and other practitioners to target your specific areas of weakness or tightness so you can get back to doing what your enjoy most.

Classes are small in size to allow for ample time for individual instruction, hands on adjustments and questions.

We provide exercise programs and sports specific training to help improve strength, flexibility and stability for individuals recovering from injury, as well as those wanting to improve athletic performance or prevent injury.

Our experts understand how to create and exercise program that is safe, effective and tailored to your needs.  They work closely with our medical practitioners to identify and correct asymmetries and areas of weakness that can cause pain, increase the chance of injury, interfere with optimal performance and delay the post-injury return to activity or sports.

Whether you’re looking for a home exercise program or you need the guidance and motivation that one-on-one training will provide, we can customize a safe and effective program to help you get back to doing what you enjoy most.

OUR THERAPEUTIC YOGA, PILATES AND THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE PROGRAMS MAY BE COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE BENEFITS PLANS

Clients with musculoskeletal injuries or concerns may be eligible to claim our therapeutic yoga, pilates and kinesiology sessions (classes and private sessions) under their insurance benefits plans as part of a therapeutic exercise program treatment plan.
