Whether you’re trying to recover from or prevent injury, get your body back after having a baby, or you’re looking to improve flexibility and strength for athletic performance our specialized yoga and pilates programs can help you reach your goals. We’ll teach you the basic principles for safe exercising, and focus on correct postural alignment & awareness, core strengthening, as well as general muscle toning & strengthening. Movement awareness that can be applied to everyday activities to reduce strain, as well as proper stretching techniques will also be covered.
