Pilates & Yoga

Improving your core strength can help you recover from injury more quickly and completely, and help reduce the risk of re-injury.

The PhysioPlus Health Group Pilates and Yoga instructors are specially trained to work with injured individuals. They understand how to modify an exercise program to accommodate an injury, allowing you to build strength and return to your activity or sport safely. They work closely with our physiotherapists, osteopaths and other practitioners to help get you moving again after an injury, and safely get you back to doing whatever it is you enjoy doing.

Group Classes (Pre registered)

Mondays: 12 noon
Wednesdays:6 pm
Saturdays:10 am

Private Sessions available Monday to Saturday by appointment.
