Michelle DeMarchi, B.Sc. PT, DO(MP)

Michelle is a Physiotherapist and an Osteopath with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto (1992) and a Doctorate in Osteopathic Manual Practice (2004). She combines her knowledge as a physiotherapist with the holistic philosophy of Osteopathy to provide patients with highly effective treatment to help reduce pain, improve function, and improve and restore health. She has successfully helped patients recover from a wide variety of injuries, including back and neck injuries, sports injuries, muscle and ligament injuries, tendonitis, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, and arthritis. Her comprehensive approach has enabled her to achieve positive results even in individuals who have not responded to other forms of treatment or who have conditions for which there is no effective medical treatment. Outside of work, Michelle spends most of her spare time with her 2 young children, but loves to travel when her schedule permits!

Benjamin Besse-Bergier, B.Sc. DO(MP)

Benjamin Besse-Bergier, Osteopath, is a graduate of the European School of Osteopathy, an internationally recognized school in England. Originally from France, he joined our team in October 2007. Benjamin has a special interest in pre-natal care and pediatrics. When he’s not working, Ben loves to play volleyball, tennis, and snowboard. He is big fan of world music and jazz, and is actually also a drummer.

Monica Noy, RMT, DOMP
    •  Registered Massage Therapist, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Monica is an osteopathic manual practitioner (DOMP) and registered massage therapist (RMT). She graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy and received the Louisa Burns Thesis Award for outstanding research. Monica teaches advanced fascial techniques as a sessional teacher at Sutherland-Chan Schools and has developed and teaches post-graduate fascial and visceral courses.

Monica is an advocate of osteopathic manual therapy for treatment of pain and dysfunction, as well as management and prevention of disease. She uses extensive anatomical, physiological and biomechanical knowledge and understanding of the interrelationships of the body to holistically treat long-term and chronic dysfunctions. By optimizing as many of the body's own systems as possible, the body's healing processes are able to be activated. Monica has a special interest in treating challenging conditions such as migraines, IBS and autoimmune conditions.

When not practicing or teaching the art and science of osteopathy, Monica has taken up Curling to practice the art of lunging, throwing rocks and sweeping.

Francelise Fiston, B.Sc. DOMP

Originally from France, Francelise is a graduate of the internationally known European School of Osteopathy in England, where she obtained a Bachelor in Science in Osteopathy in 2007. She uses a holistic treatment approach that combines a variety of hands-on techniques to restore mobility and flexibility, promote healing and reduce pain. Francelise has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including back and neck pain, sciatica, sports injuries, overuse injuries and arthritis. She enjoys treating patients of all ages from infants to seniors. She has a special interest in pediatric, prenatal and postnatal treatment to address a wide range of injuries, pain and conditions.

Francelise has 2 young children, and during her spare time she loves cooking and spending time with her family.
