You're not alone out there in this whirlwind adventure of motherhood! Come to share experiences, thoughts and ideas. Find advice and information on holistic health and parenting. Give support and make new friends. Give your baby the opportunity to make new friends too!

We offer topical discussions, group activities and guest speakers as we reflect on all the roles mothers play during their active parenting years. Our meet-up celebrates motherhood as we nurture and provide acceptance to all mothers & babies.
