This 6 week series focuses on a gentle opening of the joints, deep breathing and relaxation exercises, increasing core and postural strength and gaining greater body awareness. Classes are small in size to allow for ample time for individual instruction, hands on adjustments and questions. Space is limited! Register Today!

PhysioPlus Health Group holds Injury Prevention Screening at the Taste of the Kingsway
The Taste of the Kingsway on September 10th and 11th was a great success! Thank you to all those who came out and helped us have a fun and successful weekend there. PhysioPlus Health Group was there with some of our team members offering FREE DEMOS on posture analysis, acupuncture, theraband exercises and different ways to use an exercise ball.
We had a great time giving people - a run for their money - with our very own balance challenge. The winner (Geremy Miller) made it to 5 minutes and 44 seconds balancing on the bosu with one foot... very impressive! We also had three runners-up (Julie Crane, Taylor McAuliffe, and Ivana Perkucin) who all gave the winner a challenge and excellent times to beat, with some times that even some of our staff couldn't compete with.
A big shout out, also goes out, to all three prize winners. Picked from our drawing were: Susan Engels, Steve Lowden, and Bernadette Testani who all won their choice of a foam roller, therabands or an exercise ball along with a FREE instructional session with one of our Physiotherapists. We had a lot of fun participating in this event and be sure you will find us at more events like this one in the future.
