Christine is a registered massage therapist with a degree Kikkawa College with Honours. She integrates traditional massage with advanced muscle and connective tissue release, deep tissue massage, sports massage and taping, and trigger point therapy to help treat the root of her clients' problem. Christine also incorporates remedial exercise in her therapeutic treatments to facilitate the healing process and promote a faster recovery. She has experience treating a wide variety of muscle and joint injuries and conditions, as well as neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis & Cerebral Palsy.

Christine is dedicated to Expand Answering her knowledge and skill level through ongoing professional development courses. This year Christine will complete her certification in Myoskeletal Alignment Technique. In her spare time, Christine loves yoga, dance and playing basketball.

Carol Espino

Carol Espino is a young and passionate registered massage therapist. She completed her Massage Therapy program at Everest College and is currently working towards an Osteopathy certification at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in order to further enhance her abilities as an RMT. She has previous experience with motor vehicle accident and sports related Injuries. Carol applies different types of Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage techniques such as Petrisage, Mobilizations, Myo-Fascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy. Carol specializes in treating (but is not limited to) back, shoulder and neck dysfunctions. She gives comprehensive occupational and home care instructions after treatment to help you with your health care goals. Additionally, at your request, Carol will recommend changes to your everyday lifestyle to reduce your need for treatment, improve your general health and wellness, and ultimately enhance your life.

Amanda Webber, RMT

Amanda Webber, Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Craniosacral Therapist, is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.

In her 16 years of practice she has worked in a variety of settings from physiotherapy, chiropractic and naturopathic clinics, to sports medicine clinics and sports facilities as well. She has extensive experience working with professional athletes, musicians, dancers, runners, cyclists, tri-athletes, bodybuilders, martial artists, and weekend warriors.

A deep love of learning guides her path and has lead to her to receive training in yoga, Thai massage, hot stone therapy, craniosacral therapy, and personal fitness.

While appreciating that one can never fully comprehend the mystery of the body, she's passionate about sharing what she's learned, and has appeared on Body and Health and written for The Complete Doctor's Stress Solution. She also collaborates with her husband, a sport nutritionist and exercise physiologist researching the latest information on nutrition and exercise science.

Fascinated by the body's potential, she continues to explore it through yoga, weight training, cycling, and participating in figure competitions.
