During her treatment, she began to explore different gentler styles of yoga and other healing modalities to cope with stress, anxiety and limited mobility. In 2013, Denise completed the Yoga Teacher Training program at Yogaspace in Toronto. She continues to explore and train in various adaptive and therapeutic styles of yoga. Her certifications include Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, The Roll Model Method and Adaptive Yoga for Limited Mobility.
