The classes are taught as 6-week pre-registered series that focus on a gentle opening of the joints, deep breathing and relaxation exercises, as well as increasing core strength improving posture, and gaining greater body awareness.
Classes are small in size to allow for ample time for individual instruction, hands on adjustments and questions.
