Individual Counseling


Initial Nutrition Assessment:  A one-hour assessment that includes a careful review of your nutrition habits, your health and medical history, dietary supplements and medication use, exercise habits, lifestyle factors, and your nutrition, health, and weight-management goals.  Weight and height measure may be taken to assess progress, if appropriate.

Follow up Appointments:  Follow up visits can either be 30 or 45 minutes in length and are tailored to suit your needs.

Meal Plan

Sometimes the easiest thing to get you started on the road to healthier eating is a “don’t have to think about it” 7-day meal plan customized to your specific preferences. Our registered dietitian would happy to customize a meal plan for you, upon request. A meal plan includes a 15-minute follow up appointment scheduled 1-2 weeks after the meal plan has been ordered. This short appointment allows Eliana to review the meal plan with you and answer any of your questions.  The 1-2 week period provides time for Eliana to put the meal plan together for you.

Cost: $120 (includes 7-day meal plan + 15 minute follow-up appointment)


Nutrition Makeover Package

Package Includes:

  • A 1-hour Nutrition Assessment
  • 4 half-hour follow up appointments scheduled over 4 months

Whether you want to lose weight, modify your diet to manage a specific health condition, or simply learn how to eat better, this package will teach you how to you make healthy changes to your diet in a way that you can maintain and incorporate into your everyday life. If you don’t need the structured accountability of regular follow up appointments (or your schedule doesn’t permit it) this package also offers you flexibility. It will teach you the fundamentals of good nutrition so that you can succeed in making positive, long-term nutrition changes.

Each session is tailored to meet your needs, and can include the following topics: 

  • Ways to overcome challenges and obstacles
  • Balanced meals, vegetarian and vegan diets
  • Practical ways to incorporate more vegetables, fruit and fiber into your diet
  • Breakfast ideas, how to fuel your body with the right foods
  • Reading nutrition labels and navigating the grocery store
  • Navigating restaurant menus
  • Putting it all together: meal planning, how to cook meals in large batches

Cost: $323 (a savings of $57)

All sessions come with a variety of informative handouts and healthy recipes relevant to the session’s topic.


Healthy, Lasting Weight Loss Programs

Our weight loss packages provide motivation and accountability. If meeting with a coach motivates you to make positive changes and stick to your plan, then this program is for you. You will meet with our Registered Dietitian as often as you choose with a suggested minimum of once per month.  She will help you balance your eating patterns and meal plans, set realistic goals, and guide, educate and motivate you as you see your progress and learn new weight management strategies. 

Topics covered in your appointments will include:

  • Motivating tips, quick meal ideas and recipes
  • The importance of protein, healthy fats and functional foods
  • Practical ways to incorporate more vegetables, fruit and fiber into your diet
  • Breakfast ideas, how to fuel your body with the right foods
  • Reading nutrition labels and navigating the grocery store
  • Navigating restaurant menus
  • Lower cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure or manage a specific condition
  • Ways to overcome challenges and obstacles
  • Meet daily vitamin and mineral requirements
  • Understand proper portion sizes

All sessions include a variety of informative handouts that compliment the material covered during that session. 


9-Session Weight Loss Package

The program includes:  Total of 9 appointments scheduled over 12 weeks with our Registered Dietitian 

  • A 1-hour Nutrition Assessment: to review goals, medical history and medications, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences, vitamins and supplements use, exercise habits and lifestyle factors. Body measurements are taken to track your progress over time.  (Note: Please have your food records filled out before your first appointment)
  • Eight 30-minute Follow Up Appointments: You’ll meet with our Dietitian as frequently as you would like, with a suggested minimum of every month. She will review your food diary, measure your weight, discuss a variety of nutrition/diet topics related to your needs and goals, and set goals for the following week. 
  • You will work together with the dietitian to adjust your current eating pattern/meal plan in realistic and achievable ways. You will also receive handouts and recipes to compliment material discussed during each session. 

Fee: $493 (A savings of $87)


6-Session Weight Loss Package

The program includes: Total of 6 appointments scheduled over 8 weeks with our Registered Dietitian 

  • A 1-hour Nutrition Assessment: to review goals, medical history and medications, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences, vitamins and supplements use, exercise habits and lifestyle factors. Body measurements are taken to track your progress over time.  (Note: Please have your food records filled out before your first appointment)
  • Five 30-minute Follow Up Appointments: You’ll meet with our Dietitian as frequently as you would like, with a suggested minimum of every month. She will review your food diary, measure your weight, discuss a variety of nutrition/diet topics related to your needs and goals, and set goals for the following week.
  • You will work together with the dietitian to adjust your current eating pattern/meal plan in realistic and achievable ways. You will also receive handouts and recipes to compliment material discussed during each session. 

Fee: $340 (A savings of $60)


4-Session Weight Loss Package

The program includes: Total of 4 appointments scheduled over 4 weeks with our Registered Dietitian 

  • A 1-hour Nutrition Assessment: to review goals, medical history and medications, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences, vitamins and supplements use, exercise habits and lifestyle factors. Body measurements are taken to track your progress over time.  (Note: Please have your food records filled out before your first appointment)
  • Three 30-minute Follow Up Appointments: You’ll meet with our Dietitian as frequently as you would like, with a suggested minimum of every month. She will review your food diary, measure your weight, discuss a variety of nutrition/diet topics related to your needs and goals, and set goals for the following week.
  • You will work together with the dietitian to adjust your current eating pattern/meal plan in realistic and achievable ways. You will also receive handouts and recipes to compliment material discussed during each session. 

Fee: $238 (A savings of $42)


Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program

Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is an easy to follow, medically designed protocol that offers safe weight loss of 2 - 3 pounds per week for women and 4 - 7 pounds per week for men. It is an easy 4-phase protocol that gets your body burning fat to produce weight loss results, while supporting and maintaining muscle mass.

The program enables the following:

  • Structured weight loss while supporting muscle mass
  • An understanding of what causes fat storage and the relationship between insulin and weight gain
  • When, why and in what combination to eat carbohydrates, fats and proteins
  • Education on post diet weight stabilization and maintenance
  • Weekly one-on-one coaching with our Ideal Protein Weight Loss Coach, nutrition and lifestyle education and guidance
  • Personalized approach to setting weight loss goals, based on your health profile

Start-up Fee: $125 (Includes a 1-hour initial consultation and weekly coaching for the entire time you’re on the program, your Ideal Protein Journal, Shaker and Bag).
