Initial Nutrition Assessment: A one-hour assessment that includes a careful review of your nutrition habits, your health and medical history, dietary supplements and medication use, exercise habits, lifestyle factors, and your nutrition, health, and weight-management goals.
Follow up Appointments: Follow up visits can either be 30 or 45 minutes in length and are tailored to suit your needs.

Sports Nutrition Package
Package Includes:
- A 1-hour Nutrition Assessment session
- 4 half-hour nutrition counseling sessions
This is a comprehensive package designed for individuals involved in competitive or recreational sports and activities that will help improve nutrition quality, nutrition knowledge and improve athletic performance.
Initial Nutrition Assessment: 1-hour assessment to review your specific goals, sports and activity levels, analysis of current diet, health and medical history, complete assessment of vitamins, herbs, supplements and sports foods, review of current medication, and lifestyle factors.
Four Follow up Sessions Include:
- Evaluation and discussion of your energy and macronutrient needs including protein, carbohydrate and fat requirements to support your activity level
- Use of supplements and vitamins to support your activity levels and nutrition needs
- Sports nutrition education to prep for competition day for optimal performance
- How to fuel your body pre and post exercise
- Best choices to fuel a workout
- Best nutrition to help you recover quickly after exercise

Prenatal and Postnatal Nutrition
Package Includes:

Four 1-hour nutrition counseling sessions
This package is designed for those currently pregnant or those who have recently delivered. Nutrition has a large impact on both the mother and her child. These sessions will help you learn more about what the right amounts and types of food will help support the health of you and your baby. Our Registered Dietitian will design the sessions to suit your needs, goals and stage of motherhood. Special topics include:
- What is the appropriate intake of carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and fluids
- Find out which foods to avoid that may pose a higher risk for you and your baby
- What is the appropriate gestational weight gain
- Maternal multivitamin supplementation, focus on folic acid and iron
- Management of gestational diabetes, excessive nausea/vomiting Breast feeding initiation and duration
- Safe fish intake (omega 3-Fatty acids)
- Introducing solids to your infant
- Vitamin D and your baby
These sessions will help address any topics that you are concerned about to help support you during your pregnancy and early infant development.

Nutrition Makeover Package
Package Includes:
- A 1-hour Nutrition Assessment
- 4 half-hour follow up appointments scheduled over 4 months
Whether you want to lose weight, modify your diet to manage a specific health condition, or simply learn how to eat better, this package will teach you how to you make healthy changes to your diet in a way that you can maintain and incorporate into your everyday life. If you don’t need the structured accountability of regular follow up appointments (or your schedule doesn’t permit it) this package also offers you flexibility. It will teach you the fundamentals of good nutrition so that you can succeed in making positive, long-term nutrition changes.
Each session is tailored to meet your needs, and can include the following topics:
- Meal plans and healthy eating plans
- Healthy snack ideas, quick meal ideas and recipes
- Ways to overcome challenges and obstacles
- Balanced meals, vegetarian and vegan diets
- Practical ways to incorporate more vegetables, fruit and fiber into your diet
- Breakfast ideas, how to fuel your body with the right foods
- Reading nutrition labels and navigating the grocery store
- Navigating restaurant menus
- Putting it all together: meal planning, how to cook meals in large batches

Healthy, Lasting Weight Loss Programs
Our weight loss packages provide motivation and accountability. If meeting with a coach motivates you to make positive changes and stick to your plan, then this program is for you. You will meet with our Registered Dietitian weekly for the first half of the program, and then bi-weekly for the last half. She will create a customized meal plan, set realistic goals, and guide, educate and motivate you as you see your progress and learn new weight management strategies.
Topics covered in your appointments will include:
- Motivating tips, quick meal ideas and recipes
- The importance of protein, healthy fats and functional foods
- Practical ways to incorporate more vegetables, fruit and fiber into your diet
- Breakfast ideas, how to fuel your body with the right foods
- Reading nutrition labels and navigating the grocery store
- Navigating restaurant menus
- Lower cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure or manage a specific condition
- Ways to overcome challenges and obstacles
- Meet daily vitamin and mineral requirements
- Understand proper portion sizes
12-Week Weight Loss Package
The program includes: Total of 9 appointments scheduled over 12 weeks
- A 1-hour Nutrition Assessment: to review goals, medical history and medications, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences, vitamins and supplements use, exercise habits and lifestyle factors. Body measurements are taken to track your progress over time. (Note: Please have your food records filled out before your first appointment)
- Eight 30-minute Follow Up Appointments: You’ll meet with our Dietitian weekly for the next 5 weeks and then bi-weekly for the remaining 6 weeks. She will review your food diary, measure your weight, discuss a variety of nutrition/diet topics related to your needs and goals, and set goals for the following week.
- You will receive a customized meal plan with recipes and grocery lists (changes can be made to the meal plan as necessary).
- You will also receive handouts and recipes to compliment material discussed during each session.
Fee: $493 (A savings of $87)
8-Week Weight Loss Package
The program includes: Total of 6 appointments scheduled over 8 weeks
- A 1-hour Nutrition Assessment: to review goals, medical history and medications, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences, vitamins and supplements use, exercise habits and lifestyle factors. Body measurements are taken to track your progress over time. (Note: Please have your food records filled out before your first appointment)
- Five 30-minute Follow Up Appointments: You’ll meet with our Dietitian weekly for the next 3 weeks and then bi-weekly for the remaining 4 weeks. She will review your food diary, measure your weight, discuss a variety of nutrition/diet topics related to your needs and goals, and set goals for the following week.
- You will receive a customized meal plan with recipes and grocery lists (changes can be made to the meal plan as necessary).
- You will also receive handouts and recipes to compliment material discussed during each session.

4-Week Weight Loss Package
The program includes: Total of 4 appointments scheduled over 4 weeks

Body measurements are taken to track your progress over time. (Note: Please have your food records filled out before your first appointment)
- Three 30-minute Follow Up Appointments: You’ll meet with our Dietitian weekly for the next 3 weeks. She will review your food diary, measure your weight, discuss a variety of nutrition/diet topics related to your needs and goals, and set goals for the following week.
- You will receive a customized meal plan with recipes and grocery lists (changes can be made to the meal plan as necessary).
- You will also receive handouts and recipes to compliment material
